Luxiris, as part of COP-16 -organized under the aegis of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD)-, and in collaboration with Singular Live, developed an innovative solution with S3 from AWS to improve the dissemination and management of information at the event for GL Events.
The project was designed to display the conference schedule on multiple screens in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, using state-of-the-art technologies to ensure real-time updating and dynamic visual presentation.
The solution :
The core of this solution is an HTML animation developed specifically for the event on the Singular.live platform. A central PC is responsible for playing back this animation and redistributing the video signal to all the screens throughout the conference site.
Integration and workflow:
Scheduling data is sent via a specifically formatted Excel file, stored on an SFTP linked to an AWS S3 service. An AWS Lambda function is triggered automatically when a new file is detected, processing the data and calling Singular.live’s API to update the display in a matter of seconds. This fully automated process ensures that the information displayed is up-to-date, with reduced technical maintenance.
