When the Moroccan 24-hour news channel Medi 1 TV moved to a new technical environment, integrator Videlio asked Luxiris to provide comprehensive support for the graphics team.
The first phase consisted of customised training on the various tools in the Vizrt range, in particular Viz Trio for on-air graphics, Viz Multiplay for managing video walls, and Viz Artist for creating scenes and templates.
After a few months’ use in real conditions, a second phase was carried out to answer users’ questions and explore ways of improving workflows.
The mission was carried out on site at the customer’s premises, to provide support that was as close as possible to the customer’s reality and constraints.
