TV Monaco has successfully launched its channel, complete with an innovative weather broadcasting program that brings Monaco’s diverse international community together through creative and engaging weather content. With support from creative agence Dream On, TV Monaco has crafted a unique format that blends automated technology with rich, culturally relevant storytelling.
When designing the channel, TV Monaco aimed to incorporate elements that would resonate with its audience. Among the projects was the creation of a weather program that is not only informative but also entertaining. To represent the principality’s heritage, TV Monaco introduced an animated mascot “Mona Coco”, a seabird inspired by the gabion, the iconic species of Monaco.
One of the standout features of TV Monaco’s weather program is its “world weather” segment. With Monaco hosting residents with over 140 nationalities, this international forecast aims to connect viewers across the globe with weather updates in a creatively engaging format, lasting around three minutes.
Luxiris played a critical role in bringing this vision to life. Luxiris designed and implemented the technical workflows with Embrace Automate-IT that enabled the automation and orchestration of weather content production, overseeing project management, and applying its technical expertise to develop a streamlined After Effects-driven workflow. The Automate-IT platform allows TV Monaco to generate dynamic weather segments automatically, reducing the need for manual input and maximizing efficiency.
The technology behind the solution includes an advanced orchestration engine developed by Embrace, which integrates cutting-edge automation capabilities. By utilizing a workflow engine and graphic templates, TV Monaco can automatically generate weather updates, freeing up its team from repetitive tasks with limited added value.

To further enhance the experience, Luxiris created in Automate-IT a pseudo-random algorithm that assembles audio and video segments according to geographic and temporal constraints, ensuring each broadcast feels fresh and unique. TV Monaco’s mascot, Mona Coco, brings additional charm to these segments with playful interactions, making the weather updates enjoyable for audiences of all ages.
The program is also highly adaptable for digital platforms, with formats like Instagram-ready 16:9 versions already implemented. Future expansions may include shorter, region-specific updates and AI-driven enhancements to continually evolve and improve the product.
